Nature Connection

Do you ever feel like nothing really makes sense? Do you ever wonder what you're doing here and how you should spend your life? Do you often feel like you're only living certain parts of who you really are? Are you longing for more connection?

It was questions like these that accompanied me on my journey. I describe this journey as coming home to my body, coming home to earth.

When we are fully embodied, we are fully present on Earth because our body is part of it. I experience it as an incredible sense of freedom and love; a connection with all life.

It is easy to connect with everything and receive new impulses and gifts. It's like an ever-deepening friendship or love relationship, where you learn not only to receive love, but also to give it.

The "meaning" is the result of this; it is simply there. It's the Earth's gift to us and we may use the liveliness of our body to explore and express it with a lot of joy every day anew.

The Earth and its plants remind us of what is possible when we change and expand our perspectives. They remind us how limited our human-curated world can be and how much healing and regeneration exists beyond it.

Unintegrated trauma, whether from our ancestors, our own biography or sometimes former lives, can create feelings of not belonging and diffuse or concrete grief. When we can integrate all of that, real, authentic connection becomes possible.

I know that when we go into these healing processes within ourselves, we are also participating in the Earth's healing process. This process can be gentle, down-to-earth and loving. Sometimes it is easy, sometimes it requires courage and endurance, sometimes it can be quite overwhelming.

This is my path, and I am committed to encouraging and strengthening you to follow it in your own way.

I love to support you in digging out and integrating all the treasures of your depths and heights. And I love to make you remember that the Earth's support it always there for you. You are always held and loved.
